The NCGA embraces diversity and celebrates inclusivity
We know where golf has historically been and we know where it must go — toward a future grounded in diversity, respect, and inclusion. We reject racism and injustice. The NCGA is committed to our vision of ensuring golf is accessible and welcoming to all ages and identities, and all racial, ethnic, and religious backgrounds.
We are proud of the diversity we see across our clubs. However, there is always more we can do to encourage inclusivity in the game we love. Though we don’t have all the answers today, we are diligently working on initiatives to help clubs and members find a welcoming golfing community.

We’re Here to Help
Curious about our Foundation and how it supports the golf community? Whether you're interested in learning about our initiatives, how we contribute to the growth of golf, or ways you can get involved, our team is ready to assist.
Dear Friends of the
NCGA Foundation,
The NCGA Foundation champions programs that build a stronger future for the game - supporting youth, underserved communities, and our local golf organizations with shared goals.
We invest in junior development, including the Junior Tour of Northern California, provide grants to impactful programs that foster growth and inclusion, and honors golf’s rich history and the volunteers who help the game thrive. And the NCGA continues to support Youth on Course.
With your partnership, we can welcome more youth to golf and create a more inclusive future for the game in Northern California. The NCGA is a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization, and your donation is tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law (Tax ID# 30-1441168).
Thank you for your interest in the Foundation.
