Please Note: the NCGA Online Rules School will be discontinued and replaced with a new training offering later this year. To minimize disruption, plan to finish the training as soon as possible.
Seminar Format:
In this 2.5 day in-person seminar, we will review key elements of the Rules of Golf and its Interpretations. The first 2 days are lecture, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with supporting images, videos and animations. The morning of the 3rd day will be an optional exam from 8:00-11:30 am, followed by a review – which is a great learning tool, so plan to stay until 1:30 pm if you can.
Fees:
NCGA Volunteer: $100 (Tournament Official & Course Rater)
NCGA and NCPGA members: $215
Non-member: $350
Includes: training, exam, 2 lunches, morning breakfasts, access to the NCGA Study Guide and a 2019 Rules of Golf Player’s edition and Rules of Golf bag tag; plus 2019 Rules of Golf and official guide to the Rules of Golf books. (exception: tournament officials will not receive new books, unless needed)

The NCGA will use Blue Golf as its registration and tournament management software beginning for 2022 events. All applicants will be placed into a “Pending Registration” list. NCGA Staff will confirm registrations on a first come, first served basis.

Step 2. In the next window, select “Register” next to the Seminar option you want.
Step 3. Enter your email address or the Membership (GHIN) number associated with your NCGA membership
Step 4. Register for the seminar
2022 On Course Seminars will be held in the Fall (Sep.-Nov.)
If you have 30 or more members that want to take a rules training class, we’ll come to your club. Club Presentations must be scheduled at least 60 days in advance. Contact Ryan Gregg for scheduling.
