Reid Buzby and 2021 NCGA Amateur Stroke Play champion Daniel Connolly are headed to next year’s U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Championship.
The two were medalists in Wednesday’s 18-hole stroke play qualifier held at The Preserve GC in Carmel Valley, posting a score of 9-under 63.
Also advancing through was the team of Christian Castillo and Jared Harvey, who came in at 6-under 66. Castillo and Harvey would defeat the tandem of Brandon Knight and Curtis Da Silva in a playoff.
The championship proper will tee off May 14-18, 2022 at The Country Club of Birmingham in Alabama.
