Sharp Park GC came back to take the annual NCGA San Francisco Bay Zone Championship.
The Sharp Park squad, made up of teammates Gary Gamitian, Andrew Pagan, Khine OO and Ryan Vaterlaus, shot a final round 17-under 127 Friday at par-72 Bayonet/Black Horse GC to come in at 27-under 259. They card a front-nine 10-under 62 playing in a format that takes the two best net scores of a four-person team.
Finishing in second place at 260 after their second straight 130 was Menlo CC. Both Sharp Park GC and Menlo CC earned automatic berths into this year’s NCGA Zone Championship, set for August 26-27 at Spyglass Hill and Poppy Hills.
TPC Harding Park took third at 262 after a final round 130.

Menlo Country Club and Crystal Springs Golf Course put themselves in good shape after day one of the annual NCGA San Francisco Bay Zone Championship.
Both teams opened with identical scores of 12-under 130 Thursday at par-71 Poppy Hills GC playing in a format that takes the two best net scores of a four-person team.
Menlo CC is made up of teammates Dean Westly, Murray Huneke, Rich Cody and Reed Payne. Crystal Springs is comprised of Rik Roberts, Tim Higgins, Tom O’Connor and Scott Robertson.
Sharp Park GC, Stanford University GC and TPC Harding Park are T-3 at 132. Only the two low teams will advance to this year’s NCGA Zone Championship, set for August 26-27 at Spyglass Hill and Poppy Hills.
Friday’s final round will see play shift to par-72 Bayonet/Black Horse GC in Seaside.
