U.S. Women’s Open at CordeValle: Ticket Offerings, Volunteer Spots Available
The field for the upcoming 2016 U.S. Women’s Open at CordeValle in San Martin is closer to being finalized.
Through various exemptions, the world’s best golfers are all set to tee it up at CordeValle this July 4 -10. For some players, such as Pleasanton native Paula Creamer and San Jose’s Christina Kim, it will be a chance to compete for the ultimate trophy in their own backyard.
Yet, they’ll also have to compete against an incredible international field including No.1 ranked Lydia Ko and Inbee Park.
So where do you fit in all of this?
The 2016 U.S. Women’s Open has announced brand new ticket offerings that are designed to provide more options for those desiring to witness the championship in person. The 2-Day CordeValle Reserve Badges allow one to enjoy the luxury and upgraded amenities of the exclusive CordeValle Reserve without compromising your schedule. You can choose a Thursday/Friday or a Saturday/Sunday package, whichever best suits your budget and available time. Of course, week-long CordeValle Reserve Badges still remain available for those who want to experience the championship from the lofty vistas provided at the on-site winery. The Reserve, as it’s already being referred to, offers an upgraded menu including exclusive beverage options, as well as air-conditioned comfort and plenty of large-format televisions so you’ll never miss a moment of the action.
Of course, you can also experience the 2016 U.S. Women’s Open from behind the ropes as a volunteer. Volunteer positions are filling up quickly, with some committees already fully booked, but other committees can still use your help. By joining your community to support the championship, you’ll receive exclusive perks like official volunteer clothing, free meals on days you volunteer, access to pre-sale merchandise and a special party only for volunteers and support staff. You only have to work four shifts over the course of a week, and you’ll make memories that last forever—not to mention, all the golf you wish to watch when your shift is finished. Volunteering is more fun with a friend, so come out in groups too and lend your support.
Finally, if you’re a business owner looking to make an impact on clientele and staff, consider the 2016 U.S. Women’s Open at CordeValle, the region’s biggest summer event, as your best opportunity. Join the Champions Club and secure a table for the full week or only a day: whichever works for your company’s needs. CordeValle’s unique bungalows and villas overlooking the northern side of the course provide one of the more exquisite hosting choices for hospitality features this year. Leaders from the Bay Area, Silicon Valley, Monterey Peninsula and beyond all will congregate for the 2016 U.S. Women’s Open as part of the rich tapestry of industry that makes Northern California globally significant.
