Back when Poppy Hills re-opened its doors in April of 2014 following it’s overwhelmingly successful renovation, the tournament team went to work creating a better program for you.
Booking an event shouldn’t be difficult. Waiting on contracts and trying to connect over the phone to get deposit’s paid and credit card authorizations filled out. At Poppy Hills, those days are over.

Now booking an event is all done electronically, it’s secure and you’re done in minutes. Once the team at Poppy Hills has received your Tournament Request Form and confirmed your date, you’re minutes away from getting back to the important things in your life.
Using an Event Management tool called Tripleseat, we are able to build your contract and event details in minutes. Once that agreement is sitting safely in your inbox you’ll be able to open it up, review the terms and sign the document electronically. Like most facilities we do require a deposit to secure the dates and times, but you guessed it, that can be done online as well through our credit card processor named Stripe.
