Logan Lowe shot 137 to win the annual Sacramento City Men’s Championship at Haggin Oaks Golf Course (MacKenzie Course).
Lowe, who plays out of Alta Sierra CC, had rounds of 67-70.
Ancil Hoffman GC member Eric Olsem was runner-up at 138. Olsem had back-to-back rounds of 69.
