Champions were crowned Sunday at the 19th annual NCGA Foursomes Championship, held at par-72 Poppy Ridge Golf Course in Livermore.
Kelsi Stieler and her father, Mike Stieler, posted a 36-hole score of 3-over 147 to win the Overall Gross title by eight shots.
The Stielers, who won the Merlot Flight title in 2015, had rounds of 73-74. Over the weekend, the duo posted seven birdies to go against eight bogeys and just one double-bogey.
Finishing second at 155 after a final round 79 was the tandem of Taylor Robles and Matt Robles. Third place went to Barry Soicher and Benjamin Soicher at 157 following a 79.
Open Division Net
In the new Open Division Net Championship, partners David Walter and Russell Anderson took the title with a two-day score of 5-under 139.
Walter and Anderson, who shot a final round 70, finished the event with two eagles and 14 birdies to go against eight bogeys, a double-bogey and a triple-bogey.
Second place went to Joyce Glatt and Linda Wilson at 142 after a final round 67. Third place went to Simon Tao and partner Don Yu at 143 following a 67.
In the Parent/Child Net Championship, the team of Mark Rosenbaum and Alex Rosenbaum took the title with a two-day score of 18-under 126.
The Rosenbaums were electric both days, carding rounds of 62-64. Overall, they’d post four eagles and 13 birdies to go against just one bogey and one double-bogey.
The teams of Steve DeRosa and Natalie DeRosa and Greg Leuterio and David Leuterio both finished tied for second at 141 after final rounds of 65 and 79, respectively. The DeRosa’s were awarded second place via a card-off.
