Nick Sako (pictured) took medalist honors Thursday in CGA Amateur Qualifying at Roddy Ranch GC. Sako fired a score of two-under par 70 to edge out Alex Franklin, who finished at one-under par 71. Sako was one of nine players to advance to the championship this summer. Read more.
