2)  Player B incurs a one-stroke penalty under Rule 28, a one-stroke penalty under Rule 20-2a and a penalty of two strokes for a breach of Rule 28c for a total penalty of four strokes – Player B incurs penalties for improperly dropping the ball and did not proceed in accordance with Rule 28c.

3)  Player C incurs a one-stroke penalty under Rule 28 and an additional penalty of two strokes for a breach of Rule 28c for a total penalty of three strokes – Player C did not proceed in accordance with Rule 28c.
