2016 was a Rules change year, so it’s a great year to re-learn the Rules of Golf and have fun too! These seminars will focus on using the Rules of Golf book, Decisions on The Rules of Golf book and on the issues and concepts relating to relief procedures.

Format: A review of key elements of the Rules of Golf and the Decisions Book. The format consists of a lecture using Power Point for two days and an optional exam on the third day. Participants should review the text of the Rules of Golf prior to the seminar for the best experience. Each day will begin at 8 a.m. and conclude at 5 p.m. The exam starts at 8 a.m. and finishes at 11:30 a.m., followed by a review of test questions. Plan to stay for the review as it is a great learning tool. Review will finish by 1:30 p.m.
Hotel Reservations: All attendees must make their own hotel and travel reservations. It is advisable to make hotel reservations early.

*2016-2017 NCGA Big-Little Book will be shipped on a weekly basis. NCGA Tournament Officials will not be shipped new books.
Cancellation, Withdrawal or Transfer Policy: If cancellation is made 10 or more working days before the seminar, there will be a refund of the full amount minus a $15 administration fee. If withdrawing after the registration deadline there will be NO refund. A transfer of sites made less than 10 days before the seminar will incur and additional $15 transfer fee.
On Course Seminars
The 2017 Schedule will be released by March 2017.

From water hazards to bunkers and obstructions – you’ll have an opportunity to learn and then apply the Rules. Whether playing with friends on a Saturday morning or participating in one of our NCGA Tournaments – knowledge of the Rules will greatly enhance your game. The NCGA’s Rules department invites you to attend one of our 2016 On Course Rules Seminars.
